Photos no longer displayed

Hello !

On my website, I’ve built a page for my customer references. This page includes photos. At the moment, they are no longer displayed.

Could you help me?

I have checked your website and found that you are still using the Pro version 6.4.15, I would suggest you update it to the latest version i.e. 6.4.20 and check if that resolves your problem or not. If not, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

In that case, we need to investigate it further, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath your posts.

Hello Céline,

I have checked the page and I found out that you are using this in your Looper Provider: {{dc:acf:post_field field="event_photos"}}. The ACF plugin is nowhere to be found. You may need to update the page and use this {{dc:post:meta key="event_photos"}} dynamic content instead.
