We purchased Max last year, but Personify is not showing up under the list of Max items. What do we need to do to fix that? Or is that something you need to correct?

You purchased a Themeco Bundle which only includes the specific products in that Bundle. See the FAQ on the page for more info. For access to all Max products, you need to be subscribed to Max Unlimited or you can purchase Personify directly.
