I need to change my permalinks from the default option but any other option will brake cornerstone and give a 404.
Could you have a look?

Thank you for writing in and for the credentials, but your site is currently not accessible. And please clarify what permalinks option did you choose, try resetting it back to Post name, if it works that means you have .htaccess related issue on your site/hosting environment. I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to resolve this issue.
