People Carousel Slider On Mobile

Hi,

I created a People Carousel Slider using the template but I realized that on mobile devices, the slider does not autoplay (marque motion) and even appear if there is not interaction. It appears and autoplays on the PC without any interaction. Can we make the slider autoplay on mobile devices as well?

I have checked your website on my Android mobile device and found the Slider is working fine. If you are still facing the issue, please mention the device, browser name and version, and also the operating system you are using, that helps us to replicate the issue at our end.

On the above page, there are two sliders, one hero post, and another people carousel. The later appears only on mobile devices, but it doesn’t autoplay. I tested it on two iphone 13s and a samsung s20+, on multiple browsers. The slider starts playing after making transaction on the screen.

I tested our sliders on my test site and I couldn’t replicate the issue. The issue on your site is likely caused by a 3rd party plugin. With that said, please do a 3rd party plugin conflict test and ensure there is no optimization applied to your site like lazy loading and caching.

If you can’t do troubleshooting in your live site, please copy your site to a staging server and do the troubleshooting there. If the issue persists without 3rd party plugins and only using the parent theme, we can investigate further.
