If you go to:
it doesn’t load the pdf.
wp and the theme are up to date and I checked to see if a plugin conflict was causing the issue. It was not.

It seems that the issue is coming from your pdf file. Please download it to your computer and open it with a PDF Reader. If you cannot open it then the pdf file is corrupted.
