Thanks for reaching out.

I’m not sure if it’s possible, but your installed PDF reader should able to read it, it’s either iBook or apps installed from app store.

But the issue I’m seeing in your screenshot is because it’s a zip file, try uploading an actual PDF file instead of compressed PDF file.

PDFs are always open in the mobile browser, not sure how you have included it in the page.
As per your screenshot, it looks like a ZIP file.
Please send us the page URL where you have the PDF so that we can suggest you better.
