PDF is not appearing on mobile?

Hey there,

I’ve tried reaching out to server and hosting support teams and they both have directed me to reach out to the theme support team, so here I am!

One of our website landing pages has a link to a PDF file hosted on the WordPress site and appears fine on desktop. But anytime it gets pulled up on mobile, it’ll refresh itself 2-3 times, then show an error. I’ve tested on iPhone Safari & Chrome. I’ve provided screenshots & a screen recording of the errors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked it on my Android* mobile phone and found that the PDF is showing by clicking on the button on the page. I have also tested using the Online Browser Testing tool and found it working on iPhone too.
If you are still having this issue, please mention the device, browser name and version, and also the operating system you are using, which helps us to replicate the issue at our end.

Yeah, the issue is still happening.

Device: iPhone 14 Pro
Browsers: Safari & Chrome (most recent version that’s up-to-date with the current iOS on the device)
Operating System: iOS 16.5
