PDF download and video access

Hi,
I am working on a project with X theme plugin and I am looking for an advice here on maybe a plugin or a way to manage files and video access.
After a payment by Stripe, I wanna give an access to my customer to few pages where they will find some pdf to download and Video hosted by Vimeo.
it will be like a private zone accessible to customer only.
How will I do that?
Any advice?
