Paypal Greyed Out - WooCommerce

I’ve recently added WooCommerce to my site and (although I’m still setting it up) it seems to be working fine.

I just noticed, however, that the PayPal button is greyed out - even though I have PayPal all set up under WooCommerce payments.

Any thoughts as to why this would be and how I can fix it before my store goes live please?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Is the Paypal button clickable or not? It could be a css conflict or a JS conflict is causing it. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that is not helping, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix the issue?

To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

  • FTP Hostname
  • FTP Username
  • FTP Password

Thank you.

The PayPal button is not clickable.

You can see it here:

I’m putting my login info in a secure note below.

Thank you!

Hi,

I’ve also just discovered another problem with payment method - this time with Stripe.

The form in which the customer is supposed to enter their credit card information doesn’t allow for anything to be typed (and it looks weirdly skinny)

How can I fix this please?

Hello There,

I have logged in and checked your site. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
- X theme 6.1.6
- Cornerstone 3.1.6

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

By the way, the Paypal button is generated with a 3rd party plugin WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout Gateway. Please make sure that you have set it up correctly. You may review the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/

Please let us know how it goes.
