Payment options are missing from cart and from product screen

See attached screenshots. I am attempting to troubleshoot the issue. I am not sure if this is a Pro Theme-related bug or a plugin. I was hoping Pro theme support can take a look to see if they can help determine what may be causing this bug.

Go here to our store and add anything to the cart to see the problem. You’ll see the word “-or-” printed on the screen twice.

Please do check your payment settings or 3rd party plugins. At this moment, I could not replicate the issue. All I am seeing is this:
