Hello Brent,
Thanks for writing in!
You are experiencing this issue because you have modified the password reset email in your child theme.
If you have modified this file pro-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-reset-password.php
, please temporarily remove this file and test it again.
In other case, a 3rd party plugin must have been in conflict with WooCommerce. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Please let us know how it goes.
Hi,
i have not modified pro-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-reset-password.php though when i temporarily disable it the reset password does contian links (https://domain.com/account/lost-password/?key=qipe3aWq6KuXdtfDm2Eb&login=themeco) But the link just takes me to the password reset page again.
from another thread it has been noted that the current version of woo commerce is not compatible with the current version of pro
could this be the cause?
thanks,
Brent
Hello Brent,
Please totally remove any unnecessary files in your child theme if you do not have any modifications for the file. By the way, we are already testing out the new version of WooCommerce. An update release will be out soon.
Thank you for your understanding.
