Password Reset Email

Hello! We are experiencing an inconsistency with password reset emails. We use Brevo to deliver our transactional emails, to avoid the unreliable way that emails are sent directly from Wordpress. (So I don’t think that’s our problem.)

On June 9th, I tested the password reset emails with my own email address, skatediva@gmail.com. I immediately got the email and it appeared in the transactional/sent logs at Brevo. Then I tried another user (jeffperdue@800goodjet.com) and the email never sent.

Any ideas how to fix this? I can provide the log from Brevo if that helps, but all you will see is that skatediva@gmail.com got the password reset email, and I immediately also tried jeffperdue@800goodjet.com, but that never sent.

Thanks for writing in! Please understand that the issue you are experiencing is beyond the scope of our support. We only cover getting your site set up with the Pro/X theme, bug fixes and minor cosmetic changes. Brevo is a 3rd party plugin and we do not have any control about it. Also, Pro/X theme does not interfer with Emails within WordPress. Your issue is between the Brevo and WordPress. You may need to contact the support of Brevo for further assistance. To prevent getting back and forth between Brevo, it is best that you use the default Twenty Twenty Five theme while troubleshooting the issue.
