Hello! We are experiencing an inconsistency with password reset emails. We use Brevo to deliver our transactional emails, to avoid the unreliable way that emails are sent directly from Wordpress. (So I don’t think that’s our problem.)
On June 9th, I tested the password reset emails with my own email address, [email protected]. I immediately got the email and it appeared in the transactional/sent logs at Brevo. Then I tried another user ([email protected]) and the email never sent.
Any ideas how to fix this? I can provide the log from Brevo if that helps, but all you will see is that [email protected] got the password reset email, and I immediately also tried [email protected], but that never sent.
