When users try to reset their password for woocommerce account, when submitted it returns a page which just the message “You must check that box to say you’re not a bot.” however there is no box to check on the log in page?

Thanks for writing in! I have tested this in our local testing server and we are not seeing any message. Do you have other 3rd party security plugin installed? You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
