Password Protected Page Error

I am using the Wordpress password protected feature to password protect a page. When trying to access page we get the following error:
https://hiddencreekcampingresort.com/wp-login.php?action=postpass
Tried clearing cache and still get this url with a blank page.

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I disabled all plugins and got same result.

Please clear all caches and completely remove your caching plugin. Contact the caching plugin developer for the complete removal process because simply uninstalling it won’t remove everything.

After that, turn on WordPress debugging. so you could see where the issue is coming from.

Also backup your site and switch to the default WordPress theme and check if the issue persists. This is a quick way to know if X is causing the issue.

I changed to the default wordpress theme and it works. I can send credentials to the test account I put it in to do this test.

Please give us WP admin and FTP access in a Secure Note and give us the steps on how we can arrive to the issue.

Hi there,

Been trying to connect but I’m unable to get through your FTP. Would you mind providing your CPanel or any panel login credentials? Maybe we can use the file manager instead of FTP.

I still can’t get in, would be much faster if we can access your file manager :slight_smile:

Plus, maybe your hosting probably has security or firewall that blocks access from specific countries.
