Password protect page not working

Hi there,

I have a page which I would like to be password protected;

https://employmentwebinars.co.uk/videos/

However when a user logs in for the first time it is asking for captcha and then going to a blank page.

Sometimes it is giving me this back;

https://employmentwebinars.co.uk/wp-login.php?action=ppw_postpass&callback_url=https%3A%2F%2Femploymentwebinars.co.uk%2Fvideos%2F

Would you be able to assist please?

I have check on Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Working on all three browsers without issues.
