Pass parameter in URL after registration

When someone signs up to my site for the first time I’d like to pass a parameter, something like Acc=y that’ll show an alert with message. I already have a redirection to the account page just need to include this last little bit.

I’m using Pro. I did have a look at that video but I wasn’t sure how to make the alert itself (and it’s section) show/hide ?

Hi Daniel,

Can you please mention which form you are using? And while submitting that form, you need to add an additional parameter to the URL, which can be used on your page where you want to show an alert.

I am using the standard Wordpress login/registration form so how would I go about doing that? I’ve got the other bit covered

Hi Daniel,

Unfortunately, you can’t add any additional parameters to the default form. If you still need that, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called TOTAL CARE, where we offer small customizations.
