Hi there, I have a headline with an specific transform applied, it’s a rotation filter. I want the client to set the value (degree) of the rotation. How can I do that? how can I pass a numeric value as paremeter to the transform property?
Hello @mcostales84,
Thanks for writing in!
You can insert the dynamic content in the transform property.
This is just an example.
Best Regards.
I know, but then I have to also pass the postfix “deg”, otherwise it won’t work. Also, on the parameter, ideally, I would want to client to only enter a numeric value, negative or positive, but there is no element for that. That was my initial question, how can I add a field just for numeric values with a custom postfix, or how can I pass a parameter to the rotation with a postfix?
Hi @mcostales84,
Yes, you need to add the unit as postfix or you can add the value in Dynamic Content along with the unit. Now coming to your actual question about adding only a numeric field, that is not possible right this moment. You need to select any of the units available for that attribute.
Thanks
You don’t understand, the type of fields that I can use right now that only accepts numeric values are margin, paddin, gap, etc. All of those came with px, em, rem, auto. Some accepts negative numbers and others no. The problem is, when I’m defining the element, it doesn’t look good to have a field that ends in a px when the value I amd asking for is a deg.
My question is, if there is a way to add a parameter field that allow the client to enter a value like this screenshot

Hello @mcostales84,
This is a limitation of the Parameters feature for the moment. We can add this as a feature request so that our developers can create an API or a hook that allows users to create a custom parameter field that strictly accepts digits such as a need for adding a value for degrees and other purposes.
Thank you for your understanding.
Please, do it. Thanks
