Particle settings for a button

I would like to create the effect of the button, that is at the top on this page ttps://iti.ca/en/.

I have managed to get this effect 80 %, so the concern is that the purple color does not cover the entire button .

Also how do i get the graphic to show after the text

I figured out how to make the angle correct. Could you let me know how can i get the graphic in front of the text

In the Content Flexbox, setting reverse options will put the icon in front of the text, which you are expecting. Please find the screenshot describing the setting.
