Parse or hook into post content before Cornerstone?

Hello,

I need to be able to hook into Cornerstone content and printing to allow hyphenation plugin to do its magic.

When I hook into the_content the data is all Cornerstone layout mumbo jumbo without any text etc.

Is there a clear hook that could be hooked into to change for example all heading level elements before they are put or loaded from layout content or however the system works?

It is not clear what you are trying to know about this, but it seems like you are trying to use some hooks. As this question is related to the code, it is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
