Parameters for nested components

Hello.

We’ve exported a component with parameters. It is a Headline element with parameters to edit the headline and sub-headline text.

One area we’ve added this component is inside another exported component. It is a styled section.

How can we configure the parameters so that, when the section component is added to a page, we are able to edit the headline and sub-headline text parameters from the headline component nested inside the section component?

Hello @redpupmedia,

Thanks for writing in! It is either the parameter for the headline and subheadline that will be in the Section element or the headline and subheadline parameters are connected to the parameters of the Section element. If they are independent then this makes it a bit complicated which may not be possible.

Just wanted to confirm that I’m not missing part of this.

Are Component Parameters not available to children elements of the Component?
