It only goes away if I disable parallaxing :(Id very much like to have the effect, but how can I stop it triggering the error?

Regretfully, there is no solution to that right now. But, I have reported this in our issue tracker, so this case will be queued for investigation by our development team.
The CLS alone might not be the reason why your page speed score is low. You might want to check our Boost service to increase your site speed.
