is it possible to let a text move upwards from the scrolling behavior?
So in other words, we would like to have some kind of parallax effect on the text/headline. But unfortunately I didn’t was able to do it in the “Effects” section because everything there is in ms.

Regretfully, there is no such option for setting the parallax effect to the text. I would suggest you add an image that contains those text and set it as a background image to the Background Upper Layer with parallax option On. Please add the image to the same column where you have added the existing background image.
