Parallax Slider - how to use the image as parallax feature, with with a slider

Hi there,

I was wondering if you could help me?
I am using the Pro theme, and really loving the change!
I was wondering if you could help me out.

I love the simplicity of the parallax function. When you are in Cornerstone, you can set an image as a background layer, and then hit the parallax button to make it work. However, I am interested in being able to do the same thing with a slider.

I obviously use the Revolution Slider that has come bundled with the theme. I am not interested in making the slider itself parallax, but only interested in how I can make the slider float in the background of a section, the same way an image does in Cornerstone. Therefore I believe this is not a question for the developer of the Rev Slider app, but rather once for themeco on how to embed sliders in the backgrounds of sections, and then apply parallax to them.

I am hoping to achieve this at the top of this homepage, with the slider that is already there. Please let me know if this is possible!

Hi there,

Unfortunately, there is no such as the feature in our theme and you can not apply the slider to the background of a section.

In general, it is not a good idea to have a Parallax effect on Sliders due to performance issues. But if you insist to have such a feature, I suggest that you check the video below:
