Parallax Scrolling: Background position jumps at start

Hej,

I have a problem. I am using the parallax scrolling effect at the top element of a page.
But when I am scrolling down, the position of the background images jumps.
Here you can see it in a short screen capturing:

Can I fix this behaviour?

sadly, it doesn’t work.
The value depends on screen size and height.
A fixed value doesn’t work.

Do you have a flexible fix for me?

I guess the alternative is NOT to use the Parallax effect and use a custom CSS as suggested in this thread instead:
