Parallax not working on mobile devices

Hi,

We have a new website that shows a parallax with an image on the home page (where it works).

When we use Cornerstone’s preview for mobiles it shows correctly like it should work, however when we publish the site and we see it live on a mobile (different iPhone models), the parallax in that section doesn’t work and it shows like a stationary image not moving.

Is there anything we have to change or activate in order to have the parallax activated on mobile devices?

Parallax is disabled on mobile and it would require custom development to achieve what you need. We do have an in-house custom development team that offer paid services, who may be able to assist. They can be contacted at [email protected] if this is of interest to you.
