Parallax no longer working after update

Hi, after an update, the parallax effect throughout my website stopped working.

I looked through the forums and tried to find a solution but I’ve had no luck.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you are having just a caching issue. Please check out this documentation first:

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict amongst other things. You can do the following to troubleshoot the issue:

• Testing For Theme Related Issue
• Testing For Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Child Theme
• Increasing Php Memory Limit
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling Cdn
• Permalinks
• Version Compatibility

If nothing is helping, please provide us your WP credentials so we can investigate further. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Thanks Ruenel! I looked through the documentation and played around with the plugins / caching but unfortunately I still can’t get it to work.

Hi @eb1990,

I have set the Scale value to 250% for the last section with the *Google map, and the parallax worked. Please check the other sections and adjust the Scale value.
