On Mobile Devices Parallax works on menu with BG image but not with any images placed into the rows in as BG images in cornerstone. Why does it work with the main BG image for the page but not for each specific parallax image set in cornerstone?

From your site source code, I saw that all image background is set on section and parallax is not working on mobile. That is how it workds by default. Then why when you open the collapsed menu on a touch screen device does the background image work as parallax? Makes no sense if you say its turned off but yet it works in certain areas of a website? Go to the site in the Secure Note on a touch screen device. Open the collapsed menu and scroll the menu items and you will see parallax working perfectly fine. If it works here it should work everywhere else on the site.
