Parallax hero section over static below the fold content for Pro theme

I’m looking to create a layout where the “above the fold” section overlays a static “below the fold” area similar to a website I encountered for Cooper Perkins. Is this possible with the Pro theme?

Hello John,

Thanks for writing in! The example site is not using the X or Pro theme. Regretfully we not not have any similar effect that applies to the section. The parallax effect that we have is for the background images in the section only. Please check the background layers in this documentation:
