Parallax headers without RevSlider

Is it possible to lose the weight of RevSlider, and use X to create a static image header that parallax’s?

You can do that with custom development but we can’t provide custom development for altering the intended feature. How about using the layer slider? It’s lighter than revslider, but yes, layer slider doesn’t have any parallax funcitonality.
