In the second section, there is a border that moves around the image. I cannot figure out where this border is coming from in order to edit it.
Please help.

Based from your site layout, it seems that you have inserted the Creative Columns 5 template. Please be advised that the border is coming from a custom css code that were added in the column’s inline element css in the “Customize” tab of the column settings. It is best that you check out this Youtube tutorial to find out how the borders were added into the column. Please check this out:
