Hi guys, for some reason our parallax background image (which is 1920 x 1080px) is showing a background color block at the top on scroll. Its not a higher than usual segment, are you able to please help me to fix this?

Did you set a custom background-position to your section using the parallax? If so, please remove it.
The parallax feature is also powered by a script and Javascript conflicts could cause it to break. I see there’s an error in the console. Please try removing your slider and check if the issue persists. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi there - no I just added a background image, thats it nothing special at all. We’ve been through the plugin process cant seem to work it out. Thx
