Paragraph Problem

Hi.

I have huge respect for X and Pro especially; this is why I decided to start with it.

The header and footer builders are incredibly awesome and the visuals are great.

Few months in, I have seen several glitches and lack of features I thought were available (I shouldn’t have thought anyways).

I am getting more frustrated but I am still trying to cope anyways (my website looks good).

I have seen many persons complained about this paragraph glitch but not a single one of them got the real help they needed. They probably must have maneuvered to achieve their desires. Well, for me, to maneuvering is not a big deal.

I think you guys don’t seem to look into the problem properly.

One thing you kept saying is “The custom CSS for line height is the cause.”

At first, I said this doesn’t make any sense.

I had to clear the custom CSS both in the global menu and the one in a particular page and tested but this almighty problem is consistent.

So I think you guys should for once look critically into this issue.

Let’s say I added an Headline Element and choose the “p tag”, I find it difficult to sustain my paragraphs in a particular element whether I type in the tags manually or via the visual editor. Once I double click the element to edit the texts, all of the tags automatically disappear. (Wheeew! Where did they go?)

Note: I cleared all of my CSS.

Please don’t let my money be in vain. Don’t kill my love for X Pro. Don’t make me go through the stress of searching for another theme. I sincerely love this Theme.

I am pleading again that you look into this issue critically.

C’mon, we can’t even do without custom CSS because no WordPress theme will completely satisfy her users especially when this kind of attitude is portrayed.

I have seen Themeco let go of her customers severally. I know you probably don’t mind loosing me and I am not willing to leave either.

Can you share your page URL and exact section with the issue?

If you will use P tags for Headline element, no need to add it manually when you add the actual text. Please add the text only without p tags. Adding p tags will result to this:

Since the other p tags will be outside of the main container x-text-content-text-primary class, the style added using the element like line height will not work directly.

If what you need is a multi line parapgrah, please use text element instead. If in case I understood your issue, please share the exact URL so I can see what you did directly and I can investigate further for better recommendation. We are here to help and if in case I see an adjustment is needed on our part, I can add it as feature request so our developer can discuss it. Thank you.
