Pagination shows but doesn't connect to products

I have created 2 websites:

  1. mnf.c4wise.ca Shop On MNF site
  2. herbalalchemist.ca Herbal Shop Page
  • Using the same woocommerce, php, database, wordpress, servers, themes and majority of plugins.
  • I have tested with all plugins off except themeco theme and woocommerce parent plugin
  • On the herbalalchemist site everything is working fine, as it should. I copied the template from herbalalchemist.ca site and imported it into my mnf.c4wise.ca site. The pagination breaks, and when I add a query search looper provider, I can bring all the products I want using the tools, but then the pagination breaks again, but I can show all products.
  • We have tried using storefront and native shop permalink setup and everything works fine, using a different theme. So it looks like a theme issue or some kind of backend server issue, that we can’t see. I tried different php versions, the woo status reports are identical basically and we even unchecked all sercurity measures for htacess - wp-config etc…

Could you take a look at the 2 websites and see what is going on…

Looper Provider removed.
Thanks for responding so fast … look forward to your diagnostic! Cheers! ST

Hey @inkapix,

You have several Woo Archive layouts.

Remove the Looper Providers in all of those custom Woo Archive layouts. One of those layouts is overriding the Shop index.

RueNel

I removed all looper providers on all product archives and nothing is different…hmmmm!

I also removed all archives except tickets and main store layouts…

Please go to the herbal website, everything is the same and it works beautifully!

Hey @inkapix,

It is not displaying products because in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalogue, you opted to display categories only, and your layout is not designed to display categories but products only.

By the way, in Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most which will affect the shop as well, you also selected to display 4 items only.

Best Regards.

Thanks a gazillion … I would of never thought to go to customize … appreciate you and all at themeco! Cheers! ST

Glad to help you, @inkapix.
