Paginating a custom fields looper

I have a testimonials page pulling in ACF fields into a looper and I’d like to only load them a dozen at a time. There are about 100 testimonials so I was hoping to either lazy load / scroll load them, or have a button that loads the next set. Is this doable using the looper? Any insight would be great.

The Loopers load the posts or content at a time, and what you are expecting is loading the posts by clicking on the button. For that, you may need multiple loopers and some complex custom coding, which is beyond the scope of Theme Support.
