Pages not displaying correctly in Edge and Firefox

Hi,

I am working on an overhaul on my site, www.doodlebugsportz.com, and after having a buddy look it over he informed me that the pages are not displaying correctly in Edge or Firefox…

What do I need to do to make them display correctly there? I did try clearing my cache then loading the page from Edge, but the page still did not display correctly…

Thank you!
Danny

Hi There,

The images of your website seem to be broken.

I couldn’t load them on Firefox and Safari.

Please follow these steps:

  • Convert one of the images to PNG type, to see if it’s displaying or NOT.
  1. If you’re using a CDN(ex: CloudFlare), please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services. For the CloudFlare you also need to follow the steps below besides the developer mode: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/1
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  4. Switch to the parent theme to check if the issue persists.
  5. Turn off all the cache plugins.

Let us know how it goes!

So… I cleared the CDN’s cache, deleted custom CSS, (the link you provided says the info is no longer there). I then removed the BG image from the first section, then reselected it, cleared cache again and it all seems to load fine in Edge and Firefox now…

Thank you.
