Pages jump on scroll with Sticky Top Bar and Nav Bar

Hi,

I have a site https://trinitywellness.co/ where as soon as I start to scroll, the page jumps. I’m using Fixed Top in order to keep the Nav Bar sticky and have a Nav Bar Top Height set to -5px because if I have it set to any positive value I end up with the content on my single product pages popping around as I scroll. Attached is a screen video showing the jumpy behavior with the above settings, then a screen video showing what happens with the single product pages if I change from -5px to 0px and the lastly a screengrab showing what the single products page should look like when it loads. I’ve tried various CSS snippets from searching for similar issues on the forum, but so far nothing has worked. Thank you in advance!

forgot to post the screen vids and screengrab links

Hi Matthew,

Usually, with the correct combination of the options inside the Sticky Header feature it should avoid having that jumping effect:

But we need to actually test that on your website to be able to see if it is that or there is another reason.

kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case if you still have problems.

Thank you.

Hi,

I still am unable to get this working correctly. Credentials included. Thank you for your time with this!

Hi Mathew,

Thank you for the login information. I checked the website and found out that you added the value of -5 to the Top Navbar Height in Theme Options > Header:

I changed it to 0 and the jumping went away.

Thank you.

This is awesome, thank you so much!

You’re welcome!
We’re glad @Christopher were able to help you out.
