Pages are grey

Hello,

my site has a static content, as I have not updated anything in the past months; I regularly check the site to ensure that every component (WP, theme and plug-ins) is up-to-date and I update everything that needs to be updated.

To my surprise, I noticed that some pages simply do not load, or show, as they display only a grey background.
I tried to restore some backups with the services offered by the hosting provider, but was not able to solve.

Some pages like https://medoffice.it/intro are simply grey.
Some others like https://medoffice.it are displayed correctly.

I have been particularly aware of the Envira plug-in (which I purchased as stand-alone component), because there have been many issues in the past between the X theme and the plug-in.

Could you please help me?
