Pages appear blank when published 2

hello,
I am having a problem where i am able to edit a page using cornerstone just fine but when i check the actual website the page appears completely blank. I read online that this could be a problem with conflicting plugins, but i deactivated all my plugins and tried renaming my plugin folder but the problem still persists. I opened a support topic on a thread here and someone looked at it but my information was wrong and when i updated it no one got back to me. It would be much appreciated if you could revisit the thread and my problem.

ps. also is there a way in a scenario like this where I still need something answered in my topic, that i can request help from staff without creating a whole new topic?
