Page with 'Content Modal' slow

I have built a page with X Pro. The page shows a matrix with ‘content model’ elements that display brochures. Each model contains a unique short code that opens a full-screen flip-book.
The page responds very slowly as if there is a javascript error …

can you take a look?

Hello Matth,

Thanks for writing in!

On the website upon clicking on the image I am getting ERROR: There is no book with ID promofolder_van_zon_-_mei_2019. Also the login details are not working and I am getting ERROR: Incorrect username or password. message.

Can you please confirm?

Thanks.

I have updated the secure note for login.

For now all the folders in the modals are the same. That will change after we have got this page working.

Thank you.

Hey Matth,

I have just checked the modals and they respond instantly with clicks and the modals open right away:

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and checking the page again?

Thank you.

I know the modals load perfect, but the page load is very slow. Just for this page.
And the header is not working like it should on this specific page.

Hey Matth,

Regarding the page performance, it’s not the Content Modal nor our theme is causing that. It’s because of the Responsive Flipbook plugin. It’s understandable that it’s slow because it waits for images to load. Try optimizing your images so they’ll be faster to download. Other than that, we can do nothing on our end to help with that regards.

Regarding the Header, I compared your folder page and your home page and at first, I saw the difference between the top bars of those pages (though I see you just have one header). When I logged in to your site, that might be the time the cache has been cleared so the issue just got fixed.

If there’s a different header issue, please elaborate and it would be best that you provide screenshots.

Thanks.

I knew it! Pro is absolute top!
Thanks for helping me out.

You’re welcome. It’s our pleasure to help.
