Page unresponsive (Theme X Pro)

I’ve made a screen recording of the problem here:

It happens so much that your theme is so slow when editing it in the Pro editing.

It’s not in the video but it often happens that when I try to save the page it just takes ages for it to save.

Sometimes it even crashes my website …

Thanks for reaching out.
I have tried but unable to replicate the issue described in the video. It seems that it as loading all the elements and the request for specific elements conflicted and shows that type of errors in your case.

I don’t understand why these things happen? Why is the theme often so slow? How can I speed it up?

Hi @djinnie,

Sorry if that is not clear to you. It happens if any request goes in between another task which loads all the elements in the Builder. It seems that the search has been made before Builder loads all the elements into it.

It has been also found that you are still using the older version of Pro i.e. 4.1.5. I would suggest you update it to the latest version i.e. 4.3.3. If you are using the Cornerstone as a separate plugin, I would suggest you to deactivate and delete as it does not requires in Pro where it has been integrated into the theme.

If theme update does not resolved your issue, there might be a other reason behind it. I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
7.Increasing PHP Memory Limit
