Page Unresponsive / Specific Pages Hang

I am looking for advice to an issue we are seeing where specific pages hang and the page becomes unresponsive. The issue is strange as it is not happening for all pages types and all posts within that posttype.

We have put together a staging site from the main site to be able to test and found that even with ALL plugins disabled the issue is present.

When the page is hanging and unresponsive, if you view the Task Manager in Google Chrome, the tab is taking up 100% of CPU usage.

What can be causing this issue, and what troubleshooting steps can be taken to alleviate the bug?

I have checked the page URL and found the problem you described here. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
8.Increasing PHP Memory Limit

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

@tristup Thanks for the update.

I have been through all of the above troubleshooting issue and the error is still occurring. The staging site currently has all plugins disable, disable the child theme, removed custom css and js. There is no caching plugin installed and the site can access 2048Mb of memory.

I have added access details via a secure note.

I have checked the post thoroughly but didn’t find any reason behind the issue. I have copied the content and created a Test page with the same content and the featured image but that works perfectly fine.

I would request you provide the FTP/CPanel credential to access the files in your staging server.

Hello Peter,

You are using the Typing Text in your header.

Because you have used & in the title, this creates a conflict with the Typing Text.

To get around this, you will have to use & instead.
