I use a cloning plugin to duplicate pages and then edit them to create some new pages. For some reason the site title in the head html section is not updating to the new title of the page in the theme settings for that page. In the browser tab as well as the html code, it still shows the old title. Everything else in XTheme for that page shows the new title.

Unfortunately, that is not something we can look into because the issue is with the duplicator plugin that you are using as we cannot provide support for it. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
