the image I added is a snippet from the all pages menu. You see it say BLOG - Posts Page. The “Posts Page” is not seen on the menu, it is not seen has the page title if you say edit this page. So the question is how and where is the “Posts Page” that displays when you have all pages option picked. This would allow me to have the same page name on different menu items and still be able to easily tell which one is which while editing the pages.

That is not possible to do and honestly, it is not related to our theme or any of the products we have, it is completely a WordPress related customization which is outside of our support scope.
As you may already know you can go to Settings > Reading and set a page name to be the Posts Page which shows the listing of the blog posts.
If you have other pages with the same name and it is hard to tell when you want to assign a menu item you can change the name of the page temporarily to something like Blog - Posts Page and add your menu items there and then revert it back.
The only place that you can see which a page is set to the posts page in WordPress is the Settings > Reading menu.
