After updating the theme, I am not able to change the page template for the pages when edit pages from the WordPress admin panel. Just show the default page template from the dropdown but do not show other template layouts.

I’ve encountered this case previously and it’s caused by a 3rd party plugin. This could also be caused by custom codes in the child theme and I see you’re using a child theme. Please confirm that by doing the following troubleshooting steps.
If the issue’s fixed by deactivating plugins and switching to the parent theme, the issue is not coming from Pro.
