Page speed questions ? big mobile and desktop differences

Hello, and thank you very much for your precius help.
We are working on the page speed of my website : https://www.eveil-kundalini.net/
And there a are huge loading result différences between mobile or desktop :

mobile score : 40/100 desktop score : 71/100
What can we do to improve both ? but also to have same speed load for mobile and desktop ?

yes i have seen it, but why there is a big différence between mobile and desktop… is it possible to improve specialy ore separatly for mobile ? How it coms that the theme is so slow on mobile ?
