Page showing blank? Tried lots cant fix it

I have an issue on one of my pages on www.launchdrinks.com.au.

The “get in touch” page simply doesnt show anymore. I’m not sure when this occurred. I can go into the page and see all of the blocks/elements I’d placed, but none of them show?

I’m running PHP v 5.6 and have everything up to date.

I’ve also tried disabling all plugins and that doesnt resolve the issue.

I get this error if I try to access the page whilst using the theme options

Hi There,

It seems it is an issue with Ninja Form, when I remove the Ninja Form shortcode from the “get in touch” page it shows up.

Please check your form markup and settings.
