Page refresh and clearing cache

Hello,

I have been getting lot of queries from customers about our website not updating unless they clear their cache or refresh the page.

For example on this page:

Weekly Schedule - Yoga and Workshops at Orion Healing

The new schedule doesn’t display until the page has been refreshed, sometimes more than once. This is happening on other pages too. New updates are not displaying unless cleared cache & refresh.

Has this been an issue in the past? Do you know what could be causing this?

Hi Nicole,

Do you have any caching plugin installed and active on the site? If so, it would be necessary to first clear the site’s cache when you made any changes relating to the site resources such as CSS, Javascript file, and changes in the elements since the styling generates some CSS codes.
