Page preview not shown during layout editing

Hi all,

this is a really strange behavior: I tried to create a layout for a single blog post. But every time I see the post page and select “Pro -> Edit Layout” the system switches to the frontend page and I cannot see any changes I made, because the preview is only for the frontend page visible. In the layout tutorial video on YouTube the behavior is as expected: Configuration on the left side and page preview on the right side.

Does any anyone know how to solve this issue. I am sure that the problem sits in front of my screen

There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
4.CSS/JS Customization

If the above points do not resolve your issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
