This is very easy to say it is outside the scope.
This is a theme which need too much customization.
I got bored from this X theme

Sorry for the sentiments. Please understand that post views or pages views is not a default feature of Wordpress nor in X theme. This is why you need 3rd party plugin or a custom modifications to get what you want. The WordPress plugin repository is your best option to be able to achieve what you have in mind.
