Page permalink problem

hello,
I am trying to make a page called collections with a permalink that is “mydomain.com/collections” when I go into the page section of wordpress to change the permalink it will only let me save it as “mydomain.com/collections-2”. When I go to the link that I am trying to save it as (“mydomain.com/collections”) it shows this image (shown below). I do have a file named as “collections.png”. Could it be making this into some type of post. Any insight would be helpful thanks! My login credentials and specific links that I am talking about are listed below. Thanks!

Thanks for asking.

I checked your website and can see that there is a media file and the absolute url for the same is https://www.soulcrystalsllc.com/collections/. You need to rename the URL slug of the media file, then only you can have the URL you are looking for collections page.
